To get started you’re first going to log in to your google account. If you don’t have one don’t worry, Google will prompt you to create a new one. Jump on Google and search for “Google my business”.

“Google My Business” is a free service from Google that can help local businesses get more traffic to their website and increase their visibility in search engines like “Google.”
Setting up your business on Google My Business can really help your visibility and the amount of traffic you receive to your website. Especially if you are not using a computer savvy person to do this for you.
Setting up a Google My Business account is very simple. Just go to www.Google.com/business and click on the “Get Started” button. Fill out the information and wait for approval. Once you’re set up, make sure your business is included in the local search results of Google, Yahoo!, and Bing. That way, when people are looking for a local business they will see your listing first. And if they click on your listing, they’ll find all the important info about your business including your hours of operation, directions to your business, photos of your building and products and much more.
